VerdeOS is a new company, but we are not a true start up. Our company has spun out of the Grosvenor Engineering Group, one of Australia’s largest build services companies.
With 30 years of building services experience behind us, we are ideally positioned to deliver new Software as a Service (SaaS) applications. There are other applications in the market that seek to make building operations data-driven but ours are the first that are being built by building services professionals.
We are a mix of Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) professionals with many years of experience in helping customers manage large portfolios of real estate. Our roots are in the building maintenance services world with Grosvenor Engineering providing our foundations. This building services, OT background, coupled with our IT experience from time with AWS, Cisco and Google makes for a truly unique, global team.
